Walmer School Council

Student Council meetings at Walmer this term came together to discuss Make Music day . Every Council member in both meetings made a choice of what they would like to do on that day. There was also a vote for the 'I like to move it move it Mile' certificates. These were announced in our assembly.

 "At the end of June, The Beacon Walmer celebrated Make Music Day with a fun-filled day of musical activities. The day began with an exciting singing assembly led by our old friend, Hetty. Pupils then enjoyed a range of activities throughout the day, including music bingo, singing workshops, and a rock show delivered through Attention Autism. These activities were chosen by pupils in the Student Council in the lead-up to the event, giving everyone the opportunity to have their say and help shape the celebrations. 🎵🎤🎸"
