If we haven't already caught up in person and waved across the car park, then let me take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year. Its a BIG year for the Beacon, as outlined in my letter coming out to you imminently. The super task of a phased opening of the redesigned and partial rebuild of Walmer site has meant we are learning new architectural and logistic skills and putting them to good use. To manage a number of large projects (understatement) and to keep us at the forefront of great education we have made some leadership changes to ensure we navigate the next phases with our usual ambition, energy and high standards. I am thrilled that we have retained some great leaders and promoted some familiar faces.... it really feels like the next generation of the Beacon is taking shape.!                         See you soon, Ady
